There are over 600,000 elected public offices in America. They range “from dog catcher to President”.
The vision of ConservaWiki is that conservatives would be elected to every one of those offices.
Forty percent of Americans – over 120 million of us – self-identify as conservatives.
If we are going to elect 600,000 conservatives to public office then we have to find a way to get together and share our ideas, learn from each other’s successes and failures.
ConservaWiki is that way. Launched July 4, 2011, ConservaWiki is a wiki site where conservatives can post stories about what worked and did not work in the election campaigns in which they participated. The stories are concise – a maximum of about 2000 words. They must be true and contain no slander or libel or invasion of privacy. But they must be useful to other conservatives.
ConservaWiki is a membership organization. Members receive a regular email with the best stories posted recently at ConservaWiki and edited for clarity and brevity. Within a year every members will have received scores of ideas and insights that worked effectively for other conservatives as they worked to elect candidates to public office.
Members also have access to the library, containing the thousands of stories and ideas contributed by other conservatives.
The 2012 Conservative Election Handbook was written by ConservaWiki founder, Craig Copland, with the help of the ConservaWiki team and ideas shared by many conservative campaign veterans. This handbook is available to conservative through the ConservaWiki site. Updated editions of the handbook will be released with each new election cycle.
So, welcome to ConservaWiki. If you haven’t already become a member, please do so now. Start writing up and sharing your stories and experience, and start reading and learning about successful campaign management from other conservatives throughout America. Together we can elect conservatives to public office, from dog catcher to President.
